One of the primary goals of Friends of Pets is to encourage people to spay and neuter their pets. If pet owners are in need of financial assistance, Friends of Pets will help defray the cost of the spay/neuter. Pet owners must contact a member of Friends of Pets beforehand. After the spay/newter, mail the receipt to Friends of Pets, P.O. Box 524, Chadron, NE, 69337. We will refund a portion of the cost (usually $20).
